HSCE is an upcoming research group to be working on the Study of Violent Radicalization and Homegrown Terrorism in the United States (SVRHTUS), assisting in collecting data and educating people to the handling and prevention of domestic, native First World terrorists, ie own citizens, in a scientific and high quality fashion. This group of scientists will fall under the bureaucratic guidance and protection of none other than the secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, - the Eddie Izzard of the Bureaucracy: Janet Napolitano.

The report recommens cognitive infiltration of groups and forums that discuss relationships that are based on a crippled epistemology or in other words, those who form a meaningful opinion on too flimsy a basis: the stupid and un-informed.
